As a manager with responsibility for the people in your team, you can make a big difference. The aim of my coaching support is to unmask the patterns of your autopilot and to bring your patterns of action into your consciousness. As soon as this step has been taken, often with surprising results, you realign your thoughts and actions with your goals. The path always leads from the inside to the outside. You have to start with yourself in order to instill changes in your environment. The environment will react, which in turn will have an impact on you and your well-being. This is the path to personal change, the path to greater serenity and satisfaction - not only for you, but also for the people you work with.

Having a coaching conversation is like exploring a previously unknown territory that you may not even have known was there. On this journey to your truer self, even the smallest discoveries can trigger changes that open up a variety of new options for you to really get closer to your goal. And while you gain experience with having coaching conversations, you will train your awareness to see new and more valuable ways to meet the tasks of everyday life with more creativity and lightness.

Successful coaching requires two things: Firstly, it is your benevolent coach who holds the space for you to discover and experiment during the conversation and whose sole aim is to accompany you in the process of searching and finding in the best possible way. Just as importantly, it also needs you and your full willingness to change, your deep desire and will to break up the old and try out the new. When both come together, when this connection arises, then the conversation becomes powerful, then the world becomes a little better once again.
