In addition to my work as an independent coach for managers and business leaders, I have been working in Senior management positions in international  IT companies since 2007. So far, my teams have had orders of magnitude of 25 to 700 co-workers. My great passion is to bring my knowledge and skills from the coaching world together with the success of teams in the business world by providing personalized support for people in leadership positions. I firmly believe that having access to your own core values and the awareness about your own thinking and feeling patterns is one of the easiest ways to be successful with others and thus to make the world a little bit better every day.
